You are what you eat, so eat well. A stupendous
insight of civilizations past has now been confirmed by today’s investigative,nutritional sciences.
They have shown that what was once called ‘The Doctrine of
Signatures’ was astoundingly correct.
It now contends that every whole food has a pattern
that resembles a body organ or physiological function and that this pattern acts as a signal or sign as to the benefit
the food provides the eater. Here is just a short list of examples of Whole Food Signatures.

Whatever you take in to your body has an effect to your well-being. Too much fat content in your diet endangers your cholesterol level to soar high. As this happens, it can lead to hypertension and other health complications.

If you are fond of eating junk foods and artificial beverages, you are not getting so much nutrition from these foods.

So better keep your meals balanced with fruits and vegetables so that you will have a healthy body and better appearance.

For a good diet means having good skin and disease-free lifestyle.

Selecting what you eat is a means to have a healthy body. I believe that what you eat gives an impression of how you value yourself.

When you are eating fruits and vegetables, it means you are aware of the nutritional benefits that you can get from these kinds of food.

Although meat as a source of protein is essential, it is still advisable to choose and eat a balanced diet. Good health means living longer and happier.
